Job Title: Finance and Insurance Manager 200k-400k

Location: Bowie, MD
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dealership management systems.
- Ability to understand tag and title laws; DMV.
- Prior automotive sales consultant experience required; 1-3 years.
- Ability to handle a high volume of 60 deals per month.
- Must be at least eighteen years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial transaction of the vehicle buying experience for customers in-person and virtually using online digital retailing software.
- Work with lenders to obtain bank approvals for car purchases and provide financial expertise during the sales process.
- Produce financial paperwork and advise the staff on DMV laws.
- Assist customers and the sales team in the financial buying process.
- Consult and sell finance and insurance warranties to customers.
- Ensure accurate paperwork submission for title work and secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner.
- Achieve monthly objectives and meet deadlines for turning in customer paperwork to lenders and accounting.
- Handle customer money during vehicle transactions and turn it into accounting.
- Adhere to all local and national regulations and advise the sales team on changes in state laws related to vehicle purchases.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and uphold a strong reputation with lenders and vendors.
- Deliver a proper finance and insurance menu presentation, explaining warranty packages.
- Assist sales professionals in explaining lending options and warranties to customers.
- Build relationships with local and national bank and manufacturer representatives.
- Maintain a track record of excellent CSI scores.
- Stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Be self-motivated and a team player.
- Prior finance and insurance manager experience preferred.
- Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays.
